A confident pink palette inside a historic hotel
The wedding used pink as a deliberate visual thread rather than a small accent. Flowers, fashion and room details gave the day energy while the hotel architecture kept it elegant.
I photographed the design clearly, then allowed it to sit behind the interactions rather than making every frame about decoration.

An elegant celebration at Mandarin Oriental
The hotel’s formal rooms gave the ceremony and reception a strong sense of occasion. Window light, chandeliers and architectural details provided several layers within the same venue.
Close documentary photographs preserved the emotion that can be lost when a room is photographed only from a distance.

A softer portrait sequence among spring colour
Hyde Park offered a natural counterpoint to the hotel. Flowers, trees and open space allowed the couple to move more freely and brought a lighter rhythm into the gallery.
Because the park is directly beside the hotel, the portrait session did not require a complicated transfer.

A London evening beyond the hotel doors
The area around the Royal Albert Hall added recognisable architecture and a more cinematic evening mood.
Night portraits and city traffic completed the story with a contrast to the soft park photographs from earlier in the day.

Letting colour lead without losing natural skin tones and emotion
Fiona and Ben’s pink palette gave the hotel a clear visual identity. I used it as a thread through details, rooms and evening light while keeping colour believable and skin tones natural.
Hyde Park and the area around Royal Albert Hall provide a softer counterpoint to the formal hotel. The portrait route was kept close enough that the couple could return quickly and the reception did not lose momentum.
