Positano, Ravello and Capri are beautiful, but the strongest wedding photographs still come from people. I focus on reactions, movement, family, guests and the real rhythm of the day rather than turning the coast into a backdrop for staged portraits.
Couple portraits work best when they are planned around light and location, not forced into the middle of the day. I prefer short, focused portrait windows that feel relaxed and believable rather than long sessions in harsh sun.
Amalfi Coast weddings need realistic movement. Stairs, narrow roads, traffic, guest transfers and terrace venues all affect the timeline. Good planning keeps the photography calm and the day flowing naturally.
A strong Amalfi Coast gallery is not only about portraits. I photograph the setting, guests, tables, speeches, sea views, candlelight and evening reception so the full story of the day is there.

The coast rewards realistic schedules. Good timing protects the atmosphere of the day and creates space for photographs without making the wedding feel like a production.
Morning coverage works best when the room feels calm. I photograph preparation, details, family, friends and the atmosphere of the villa or hotel without turning it into a staged production.
Amalfi Coast midday light can be harsh. This is usually better for documentary coverage, ceremony moments, interiors and guest atmosphere than long portrait sessions in direct sun.
Later afternoon and early evening usually work best because the light is softer. On the Amalfi Coast, a focused portrait window is usually stronger than a long route through crowded streets or steep locations.
Amalfi Coast weddings often become strongest in the evening: sea views, long tables, candlelight, speeches, guest reactions and the slower rhythm of dinner. This is where the documentary story comes together.
If the day involves travel between towns, a boat transfer or multiple venues, build in realistic travel time. Trying to fit too many locations into a tight schedule usually means the photography loses its calm feeling.
